ok, I think he's saying what's on the screen...could it be the Japanese way of saying chicken? Don't laugh at me. My Japanese is really rusty. I tried to figure out the Hiragana or Katakana on the screen, but I'm baffled. I really think it's "Chisan," or something like that. This is going to drive me mad for sure....
