Just letting you all know that my dad passed away quietly and without any pain at around 3:45 this morning.

i'll tell you something a good friend said to me when my dad died...
Cry...just cry for today because i know you are sad, but remeber he'll be watching over you and wherever he is now, he doesn't suffer anymore and wouldn't want to see you suffering...

so if you feel like crying just do it babe, your family and friends will be there for you and will be your streght... you are not alone lj firend will be there for you too =)
