Local college is looking for adjuncts

I want to apply, but I have a fear of rejection. The local junior college where my husband goes is looking for teachers in the History department. I have two Masters degrees, one in Social Science (concentration in History) and the other in Asian Studies.

I have no teaching experience and that's why I'm afraid to apply. I don't even know what subjects they are talking about, they just say History.

Should I just go for it?

What do you think?

I hate being insecure. Not a good trait for a teacher, is it?

Bill is a sneaky little shit. First he tells me there is a History position available and says that I should apply for it, then he applies for it himself! WTF? His degree is in Communications, not History. Scott says I should chill. If Bill gets a good job, he'll either pay us rent or move out. Hmmmmm...not a bad idea! LOL!!!

It seems to be a win-win situation all around. But don't let his applying for it stop you! Your resume looks alot more favorable than his, so do it! ^__^
